I recently landed a new job in Downtown Dallas and had to find a place quickly. Needless to say, my stress level is through the roof.

I found Uptown Apartment Locators by pure accident when searching Yelp for a moving company. I (skeptically) sent an email to inquire about the service and quickly received an email from Eva asking how she could help. I provided all my guidelines (amenities/location/cost) and she put together a great list to get us started. If I had known that services like this existed (for free!) I never would have spent hours searching online.

I believe the service is free because the apartments provide a “finders fee” to the agent that helps to fill any vacancies. I was a little worried this might influence where we’d look, but that wasn’t the case at all. I guess it’s standard practice in larger cities

Eva blew me away with the options she was able to locate for me. I gave her quite a difficult price range since I was trying to save some money on rent for my new lease in a smaller place. She assured me that he would be able to definitely dig to find some choices for my taste!

I was able to see about 5 places in one day in a variety of different neighborhoods, all within my preferences. I was so thankful to find Eva when I needed a new place QUICK!

Relocating to Dallas is hard but was made 1000% more manageable because of Eva!! We could not have found out dream apartment without Eva!! She was able to listen to our wants and needs and not only give us a lot of options to choose from but was able to take us to four different apartments in four different areas so we could get a feel for the city. We were able to make a decision after just seeing four places. It’s nice to have someone extremely knowledgeable of the city as well as the apartment industry. If your moving, call Eva!!

Do NOT move to the Dallas area without talking to Eva first.  I found me an apartment in an hour.  I moved in the same day.  She knows how to help in a crunch!

Many thanks to Eva for finding me another great apartment! My roommate and I had a bunch of specifications and she helped us find the perfect fit! Eva did all the legwork (found several places that matched our price limit, location, amenities, etc) and set appointments with apartment management so all we had to do was show up, and say yes or no.

Eva is AMAZING! I was in the process of relocating from Houston to Dallas, Eva was very consistent and precise.
